If you or a loved one is in need of medically supervised withdrawal support or structured residential stabilization from drugs or alcohol, All In Solutions could be the right fit for you.
Our facility is designed for people who are:
The 12-bed capacity of All In Solutions in California is not a limitation, but a deliberate clinical decision. Detox and early treatment are not phases of recovery where volume serves the client. They may also be the determining factors in whether a client successfully completes their recovery process. All In Solutions provides each client with an individualized treatment plan built on their personal history and individual needs.
Medical detox at All In Solutions occurs under the direction of our clinical staff on a 24-hour basis, using medications and medical management tailored to each client’s specific substance use history and medical needs. Withdrawal from alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opioids can be very serious — in some instances, life-threatening — so each client receives the level of medical and clinical supervision appropriate for the severity of their substance use.
All In Solutions provides continuous monitoring throughout the process to manage withdrawal symptoms, adjust medications as necessary, and ensure that each client is physically stabilized safely and as comfortably as possible. The goal of medical detox at All In Solutions is not simply to remove substances from a client’s system — it is to prepare the whole person for the therapeutic work that follows.
This is the structured, immersive phase of care where the clinical work of addiction recovery begins and continues with ongoing medical supervision and support. Residential treatment at All In Solutions consists of daily individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluation and support, and evidence-based treatment programming in a living environment that separates clients from the environments, relationships, and triggers associated with their substance use.
The small size of the program means that treatment here is very different from larger facilities. Group therapy sessions are genuinely intimate, individual therapy is genuinely individualized, and the clinical team knows each client well enough to recognize the subtle changes in mood, engagement, and behavior that matter in early recovery — and to respond to them immediately.
A day at our California rehab typically begins around 7:30 a.m., when behavioral health technicians check in with each client and record vital signs. After that, clients visit the nursing station for morning medications (if prescribed) and a quick assessment of how they slept, their comfort level, and appetite. As these evaluations wrap up, breakfast is served. Clients can enjoy a hot meal prepared in-house or choose from lighter options like fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal, or pastries.
Once breakfast concludes, the community gathers for a short morning meeting followed by a brief mindfulness or meditation exercise. At 9:00 a.m., the first clinical group begins, led by one of our licensed counselors. Each day features a different therapeutic theme to keep the material engaging and relevant. This session ends at 10:30 a.m., and the second group begins immediately afterward, again with a new focus or topic. When noon arrives, clients break for lunch, where both hearty cooked meals and cold selections are available. Dietary needs or restrictions are always accommodated. Nursing staff also check in during this time for anyone scheduled to receive midday medications.
The afternoon group starts at 1:00 p.m. Throughout the day, clients may step out of the group for their individual therapy sessions, case management meetings, or additional medical care based on their treatment plan. The final group of the day concludes around 3:00 p.m., followed by a brief wrap-up meeting where clients reflect on what they learned and how they’re feeling as the day winds down. Afterward, clients may take part in recreational activities or access special services such as yoga or chiropractic services, depending on the weekly schedule. Dinner is offered between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Evenings are quieter and more reflective. After dinner, nurses conduct wellness checks, and volunteers from AA, NA, CA, and similar peer-support fellowships visit to host recovery meetings onsite. Around 8:00 p.m., clients who need nightly medication meet with the nursing team again. The remainder of the night is set aside for personal time—calling loved ones, completing therapeutic assignments, journaling, or simply relaxing. Phone access is available from 4:00 p.m. until lights-out at 10:00 p.m.
Throughout the night, behavioral health technicians remain awake and available to assist with any discomfort or concerns that arise, and nursing staff is on call to address withdrawal symptoms or provide additional medical support if needed. The cafeteria stays open overnight and is stocked with snacks and drinks for clients who may want something to eat or drink outside of scheduled mealtimes.

Individual sessions with primary counselors are scheduled weekly. Group therapy topics include: impulse control, anger management, conflict resolution, relapse prevention, family dynamics, co-occurring disorders, decision making, identifying triggers, negative thought processes, and reintegration techniques.
Twelve clients. That number represents a significant level of individualized care and attention. The earliest phases of recovery carry the highest medical risk and the greatest incidence of dropout. The clinical responsiveness that a smaller program makes possible is genuinely therapeutic, and All In Solutions is specifically designed to deliver that responsiveness at all levels of care.
All In Solutions is accredited by The Joint Commission — the gold standard in behavioral health accreditation — and our facility operates in full compliance with all applicable California licensing requirements. Our Reseda Detox program is also CARF-accredited at the 3.7 level. The evidence-based treatment models that support our clinical programming, including cognitive behavioral therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and dual diagnosis care, are the clinical foundation of what we do, not just marketing language.
Most people who seek substance abuse treatment have at least one co-occurring mental health condition. Mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder frequently co-occur with substance use disorder, and when left untreated, are key drivers of relapse. Dual diagnosis treatment is an integral part of the program from day one. Every client’s individualized treatment plan includes a psychiatric evaluation, a mental health assessment, and an integrated co-occurring disorder treatment plan.
Each client receives a comprehensive medical and clinical assessment at the time of admission. Treatment plans are based on each client’s specific substance use, history, mental health conditions, stated treatment goals, and ongoing individual needs. Plans are updated regularly throughout each client’s stay based on clinical progress and shifting clinical priorities.
Your recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. We create a personalized plan built around your story, goals, and needs to support real, lasting change.
We use proven therapies like CBT and DBT to help you break negative patterns, build resilience, and create a strong foundation for recovery.
Healing goes beyond therapy. Our holistic approach includes yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices to restore balance and support whole-person recovery.
You’re supported every step of the way with expert medical care, ensuring your safety, comfort, and stability throughout every stage of treatment.
As part of our commitment to meeting each client’s individual needs, comprehensive client satisfaction surveys are administered at discharge after successful program completion.
