Jonathan Goelz serves as Executive Director at All In Solutions Florida and California operations, bringing over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. A licensed clinical social worker, Jonathan earned his Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and has worked extensively across diverse settings—including the Department of Corrections, Veterans Affairs, and in direct therapeutic care as both a case manager and primary therapist.
Jonathan leads with humility, compassion, and a deep respect for the shared human experience. His approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we meet people where they are—not from above, but alongside. He’s committed to fostering a treatment environment where dignity, empathy, and connection are at the core of every interaction—because real recovery starts with being seen and supported, just as you are.
