As Director of Client Services at All In Solutions Behavioral Health, Troy Braendel brings compassion, clarity, and lived experience to the front lines of recovery. A proud alumnus of the All In program, Troy knows firsthand what it means to start over—and what it takes to build a life worth living. After earning his degree in Business Management from Penn State and working in family business, he made the decision to relocate to Florida and begin his own journey of healing in 2019.
Now, Troy dedicates his life to helping others do the same. With a deep understanding of addiction’s impact on individuals and families—both from personal experience and professional insight—he works to create a welcoming, supportive environment for every client. His ability to connect with others and lead with empathy ensures that every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and never alone.
