As Chief Strategy Officer, Matthew Amato leads with both vision and heart, overseeing admissions and shaping the path forward for All In Solutions Behavioral Health. A proud Philadelphia native, Matthew has been active in recovery since 2013 and draws deeply from his personal experience to connect with each individual who walks through our doors.
For Matthew, this work is personal. He’s committed to making recovery real and accessible—especially in the community where he grew up. Whether he’s mentoring clients or shaping strategy, Matthew brings the same energy: one rooted in purpose, connection, and the belief that joy is a powerful part of healing. His motto says it best: “If you’re not having fun, then you’re not doing it right.”
