Brian Hoffman is a licensed mental health counselor with a career in behavioral health that spans over 15 years. Since joining All In Solutions in 2021, Brian has brought his clinical insight and leadership skills into his role as Chief Compliance Officer. He ensures that every part of our organization meets the highest standards—establishing policies, guiding procedures, and supporting teams through the ever-important work of maintaining integrity and accountability.
Brian’s approach is rooted in care—for the people we serve and the team that serves them. Whether he’s coordinating with credentialing bodies or leading internal audits, Brian sees compliance not as a checklist, but as a commitment to doing what’s right. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and father who finds joy on the baseball field coaching his son and making memories with his family.
